"This was a great place to stay if you wanted to be close the tourist spots of Rome and very close to Roma Termini for trains. 10 minutes walking or one stop on the Metro. Staff at the desk were welcoming and very helpful."

"We thought we were booking a hotel, not a guest house. There was a continental breakfast included, which was nice and it was in good proximity to the airport. Staff was very friendly, just not what we were expecting. Great for somewhere to stay before you head to the airport."

The only negative I can say is that is rooms are on the second floor and there is no elevator that is something that I would have liked to know but this is a wonderful place and I’m happy that I stayed here. "This guest house is located very close to the FCO airport, and they offer a shuttle in the morning for a reasonable price that we were able to take at 6am. The staff is very kind and the room was lovely and very spacious. We even had our own front yard with our room, which was a pleasant surprise. The guest house is near Ostia Antica if you are interested in archaeological sites. It is also very close to the beach if the weather is nice. There are lots of great seafood restaurants nearby. "
