Cari Motel di Da Nang

"Room was clean, breakfast was good, staff was helpful but sometimes a bit confused, i wanted to exchange hkg dollar at the reception and i said i would specifically bring 100$ bills and they confirmed that it was okay, but when I did bring them the next day, they refused to change my money. Also, another confusion, they told us that we had a place in the shuttle to go back to the airport but once we got in the shuttle ready to leave, they made us exit and gave us our bags back and left the place...

"Good service. Very helpful staff."

"Very average - not luxury. Beds were pretty hard and uncomfortable, Aircon in the room was weak. Breakfast and afternoon tea were both below standard - take your 50k VND and go buy a bahn mi one street away. Also seems that staff were unable to code 2 keys - every time they coded one the other would stop working."

"Hotel location is a bit north of where the actions are at My Khe Beach. A good 15-20 mins walk. The view, esp from the pool level, of the beach and Lady Buddha on the slope of Son Tra is great. Room was comfortable and spacious. The bedsheet was a little rough; maybe due to the cotton type and thread count. Towels were fluffy. The room and bathroom were clean. Check-in and check-out were efficient. Although I have fully paid the room via Hotels.com, the hotel wanted a VND 1m deposit on hold...

"J’ai passé deux semaines à Da Nang et j’ai vraiment adoré mon séjour. L’hôtel était très bien situé, parfaitement propre et très agréable. Le personnel était au top, accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible. Tout était impeccable du début à la fin. J’ai beaucoup aimé le Vietnam et je repars avec de très beaux souvenirs. Je recommande sans hésiter !"

"The staff were super helpful I would recommend eating in the restaurant as the food was great and staff even better. Food from room service was a bit disappointing as cooler than should be and portions very disappointing. Overall a very good experience individual staff members went beyond expectations. Ruby super helpful Lauren and Annie unbelievably great in the restaurant."
