"The room was spacious and met our needs. It was in a decent location. Breakfast was also good. The only thing that was a little awkward was the bathtub. It sits high off the ground so you have to step onto a step stool to get in and out. The stool is not that stable so you have to be careful going in and out of the tub/shower. Also, make sure to turn the hot water button on 10-15 minutes before you shower. Lastly, I tried to communicate with the hotel through hotels.com but they were not...

"I really enjoyed my stay here. I chose this location because it’s convenient and if you want to join tours, most will pick you up from this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a nice cafe right next door that I ended up going to every morning too. "

"Beautiful hotel. We booked Deluxe queen room and room has side beach view. Very comfortable and firm bed plus great pillows. Shower is really good and amazing sink tap (although uses to much water). Room size is a bit small but it’s clearly stated so it was expected and not an issue at all if you are tidy. Beautiful breakfast and very helpful staffs. Great they have underground passage instead of crossing the street to get to the beach. You get to use their beach chair as well. Very beautiful...

"An amazing place. Vietnam, and Mercure, have built an Instagram playground and look to be continuing to expand this fantasy world on the top of Bana Hills. The cable car itself was a fantastic experience. Once arriving, above the clouds, the hotel staff helped us settle in to our room and orient ourselves. Don’t miss the pool. No supermarket."

"What I like the most about this hotel is their bathtub haha; every room in this hotel all has it and the hot water works perfectly, which means you can relax after a long working day. The staffs here are all friendly. Good location, nearby most of the attractive places of this city, good for walking around. The price: for me, it's so reasonable for its condition. "
