"Check in process very seamless. Rooms clean. Mattress was super comfortable but the pillows were horrible I wish i had brought my own. Front desk clerk was nice and helpful. Pool was closed for first day even though it wasn’t listed on website but they eventually opened it the next day of my stay. Loved that hotel is literally walking distance from stores and restaurants."

"Worse stay ever. The staff was very friendly. The elevator kept breaking. Water was around the dresser from the fridge upon arrival at the room. The fridge kept making a popping noise and I didn't waste my time notifying the front desk. Also, the faulty fire alarm went off 2 days in a row around 2am. I couldn't go back to sleep. I also have back issues and walking up and down stairs to the 3rd floor had me in pain. I couldn't even enjoy my trip. Wasn't offered anything for the ridiculous...

"Very good beach location
The pool with lazy river is really nice.
Free parking across the hotel is a plus
The restaurant on-site serve good food, but the wait was over 30 minutes.
Front desk staff service was a mix of good and so so. "
