"My experience was far from what I expected. Upon arrival to our “Deluxe” room, we discovered that the air conditioning was not working properly. The staff advised us to give it some time to cool down, but the room never refreshed.
We reported the issue to reception, and they assured us that the maintenance team would come to fix it. After waiting more than 30 minutes, no one arrived. Since we had reservations outside the hotel, we had to leave without the problem being resolved. When we returned later that evening, we were told the issue had been fixed, but upon entering the room, the air conditioning was still not functioning.
At that point, I had to go back down to the lobby once again to complain. The staff eventually moved us to another room, but it was slightly inferior to the “Deluxe” room we had originally booked.
Overall, the lack of responsiveness and the inconvenience of having to change rooms late at night left us disappointed. For a hotel of this category, I expected much better service and reliability."
