"Absolutely exceptional. It was like you were transported to heaven. The raid is immaculate, clean, zen, oasis. Modern. One of the best places I've ever stayed in the rooftop pool is gorgeous. The rooms are decorated to an inch of their lives. The washrooms are impeccable and the service is incredible. Aouatif is a fixer in the incredible sense. Every single person who worked for her was competent, kind and on time. From Yousef, lovely Yousef, who took my family to the Atlas Mountains to Sayeed...

"Truly the best place I have ever stayed. This wasn’t just a place to sleep, but a calm place to plan your day and navigate Morocco. Marrakesh can be an overwhelming city but having people who work there look out for your every need made it so much easier. "My first time in a Riad. Cannot fault it. Late arrival and service was welcoming. Room was comfortable and a/c worked well. Shower and bed both excellent. Lovely breakfast on the room top in the morning and staff incredibly helpful the next day regarding my onwards plans. "
