"The staff is sooooooooo amazing. Unfortunately, we had a room that was close to a smoking stand and our room had a gap in the door that made our room fill with smoke. The staff were kind and brought our bags through the Medina. Was easy check in and the Facilites were great. We had tea by the pool almost every night and it felt like an oasis from the hustle. "

"Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff, perfect location. Overall, a great stay! My only suggestion for improvement would be to either switch up the music played in the public areas of the riad, or not play music at all. It felt like we heard the same track every day. But that’s a very minor criticism; everything else was wonderful."

"Cleanliness top notch. Staff all genuinely helpful, nothing a problem. Food excellent, each night different themed foods (Mexican, Indian etc) . Lunch option in the à la carte restaurant a really good addition and providing a change from buffet at night. Perfect location for main square/ souks yet when in hotel you don’t feel the hustle and bustle, it’s a little oasis."

"Everything was in good working order, in what I think was the best area to stay in Marrakech. We were able to easily walk everywhere from this central location, and felt very safe near high end hotels. Lovely part of town. The room has a small fridge and microwave, so we made our breakfast. Very comfortable room and quiet. .microwave, "

"Excellent safe hotel with high standards. Only thing to mention were a couple of the reception staff at the Spa and at the Asian restaurant who were a bit unprofessional but the rest amazing. I would also like to praise the reception staff and the amazing concierge team who did everything for our stay to be perfect "
