"The Hotel ws fine, the staff was fine. We have experienced to disagreement : 1. We asked for an airplane shuttle, thinking it would be included, but they offered to call for a taxi. 2. We experienced a very noisy surrounding particularly at night (friday); there seems to have a night club just beside. We started sleeping at 3AM and woke up at 4AM to take our plane. Not the best night."

"Near center of city, staff was very helpful taking bags to room, arranged taxi for me, breakfast had a lot of selection, buffet long from 4:30 on."

"Beautiful hotel and room with wonderful view of Cusco. The staff were excellent. We had requested early check-in and Angela provided it without asking when we checked in. We had a delicious dinner in the restaurant. A really lovely and unexpected touch was the lovely fruit plate that was delivered to our door in appreciation for our business.
