"Cassondra was a great front desk staff.She was really nice and even changed my room so I could be close to other family members that were staying there. Even made coffee in the evening when I asked since the rooms do not come with microwave or coffee makers. But it does come with a refrigerator. Breakfast the sausage both days were not cooked well but clean area to eat in with microwave to cook longer. "Just pay the extra few dollars for a better hotel because the small savings isnt worth it. The room we received was just horrendous and the staff were so rude. We came down at 9 am and the staff couldn’t even get me some juice for breakfast. I had to almost beg for a cup of lukewarm water and I couldn’t even get some dang ice cubes. "Hotel had mold and a barking dog. You're sent a message after check in telling Expedia NOT to call and ask for a refund under any circumstances. I suspect that people arriving and calling to ask to cancel their stay happens often."

"Booked for 2 nights they checked us out after 1 night. Came back later that night they had to give us different room. Wires exposed had to have desk person put outlet cover on. Hair in bed ants crawling on nightstands. Woke up with bites but couldn't find any bugs. Terrible run down place, avoid staying here"

"This was a worst experience, first the heat in the room didn’t work. The room had a bad odor to it, then the bathroom. Don’t even get me started on that it was horrible there was even hair still in the sink. The shower was not pleasing at all you would have needed shower shoes to take a shower. After being there only an hour I ended up leaving the pictures on the internet are not the same as in person. I do not recommend this place to anyone at all. "
