The room was full of torn carpet, stains in the bathroom! Stains in walls! Super old, stains on the mattress! Just horrible and this is after we changed room!
The pool, work out room, the bar and the free breakfast were not available which was super unexpected and super annoying since we had booked for 2 nights and had planned to utilize the pool and the workout room!
The staff except the young lady who changed our room and checked us in were all very unwelcoming and almost annoyed with guests! No staff ever greeted us not the front not the house keeping not anyone !
We were completely satisfied and since for the first time in our lives we went without room insurance we couldn't change anything! I give this hotel a zero but sadly that is not an option!
They also blamed Expedia for not telling us about the lack of everything! We totally spent too much money for this stay, this was like a horrible one star motel and not a hotel we're used to and we travel a lot and have stayed in so many hotels, also this is my first time ever doing a review!
