"Very clean and nice staff"

"It's a nice room but honestly not a lot for the price. We had a huge room with two beds and a rolling chair. No other chair or couch. The staff also wasn't very welcoming and the restaurant doesn't have much options. It was nice being close to the mall and restaurants walking distance."

"Bed were hard as rocks. The shower didn't work. The desk almost collapsed while my son was eating. The window fell out and damn near hit my son in the head. When I told the front desk they just looked at me like I was insane"

"The room was filthy. As soon as you walk in, the floor was sticky from someone dropping something there. There was an old utensil underneath the couch from previous stay. There are stains everywhere. Mirror even had stains. The TV was the smallest TV I've ever seen at a hotel. The internet was the worst, it kept buffering so we ended up using our mobile Hotspot in order to be able to watch something without it stopping every few seconds. The hot tub had some black around it, not sure if it was...

"Accidently booked the wrong hotel and tried to cancel within minutes and it was a hard no. As a Hilton member very disappointed in their help and lack of communication."

"Ok for the price and location. Unhelpful and unfriendly staff. Not responsive to requests for help."

"The original room that was assigned to us had no blind up. Maintenance came to install it while we were taking a shower. I asked her to come back in 30 minutes after we departed and she never did. After we returned, still no blind up, so we ended up switching rooms as Maintenance had left for the day. Michael the front desk staff was extremely helpful"

"We were able to check in early, however we had no pillows in our room & no remote for the tv. Kiddie pool was not operational. Staff was helpful."
