"The hotel is in a really great location, but it is exceptionally close to the airport. We wanted to keep our windows open during the night but planes were coming in at all hours. The chemicals for their hot tub were extremely strong and the chlorine smell hits you as soon as you walk in and sometimes made me nauseous and dizzy which was difficult during a week long stay. The balcony was a perfect place to sit and enjoy the peacefulness of the property. The owner was so nice and super helpful with answering questions or getting things like an iron. They should have housekeeping at least take trash out of room daily. I had to ask for someone to come and remove it. The bath tub was an unexpected amenity in the room. It was deep and huge, great to soak after a day of hiking. Beds were older and uncomfortable could use an upgrade. It is an older hotel and it does show furniture in room had stains and stains on carpet. But the property is well maintained. 6 minute drive to Western Colorado University’s campus. We enjoyed our stay!"
"The hotel was beautiful. Really enjoyed our time in the town and highly recommend. When checking in it was a little confusing due to the instructions given by the confirmation. Just go in the cafe and the bartender will check you in."
"Very beautiful property! Restaurant was very good and wait staff was excellent. Our room was cozy, however our bed was extremely soft and uncomfortable for to 66 year olds. LOL! Coffee pot in room was not functional, but otherwise a very nice place to stay!"
