"Dirty, hot tub wasnt working and looked like it had been out for a longtime, as the water had stuff floating in it. The biggest ick was when I went to take a shower there was a lot and I mean a lot of hair in the bath. The staff came and cleaned it straight away, which was appreciated, but left me feeling grossed out and wondered what else hadn't been cleaned. Lastly, the hot water tasted like coffee. The staff did go and refill it, but again it just felt like it hadn't been cleaned. I wouldn't recommend staying here"

"The biggest complaint was breakfast. They were not keeping it stocked, we had to wait for bacon and biscuits to be cooked after they ran out (twice), ran out of toast and bagels and didn’t seem to be concerned about restocking the food. Garbage cans overflowing with breakfast plates. Breakfast would have been great if they had not been running out of everything and no one watching to keep it stocked"
