"We were only there one night and didn’t eat there in the evening but breakfast was excellent. Room was spacious with excellent open plan bathroom facilities. Pleasant walk into Sidmouth ( approx 3.5 ) miles round trip Ticked all the boxes for what we needed. Would stay again"

"i would never stay there again if you payed me did not mention folk festival was on an they were going to keep you awake all night.music was so loud impossible to even rest when finished 11pmish spend another hour and half shouting an clearing up.did not respect a single person staying there for £379 should never be allowed.you most proberley wont put this out there but this is very very true one whole nightdmare"
