"Overall a nice stay. We were greeted by a front-desk staff from New Zealand and he was very friendly and welcoming. The room size was a bit on the small size. May find it hard to open and store big luggages in the room. The included breakfast was savoury and in big portion. Though the coffee can definitely be improved. "

"Excellent comfy and friendly hotel. Service excellent. The hotel itself is a little tired. It is closing a the end of the season for two years major refurbishment. I do hope they don’t alter the ambience or try to cater for the.masses. The people who stay there as it islquiet, a bit old fashioned and serves an excellent fresh local food. Thank goodness it’s not like a gastro pub with rooms! The views are magnificent even in the rain. Lovely walks and a few mountains to climb."

"Our room was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Our evening meal was delicious. We could even see deer in the field just across the narrow road from the hotel. There was a good choice for breakfast, which was very nice. "

"Lovely, clean albeit quite a small room. The property is a short walk from the town centre of Ullapool. The host explained everything we needed to know about our stay upon arrival. The only negative was the bed was quite creaky. "

"Very nice high spec hotel. Rooms have everything you could need. Hotel has a drying room which is handy on a wet day. Great view of the bay. Staff very nice and helpful. Negatives: very limited food menu, nothing for vegans. Seems very overpriced compared to similar hotels in the highlands. "

"What can we say, other than what a great little place. From the moment we arrived to the time we left the service would amazing. We were welcomed warmly and even waved off! Dawn, was a great host. The room was in great condition, super comfy bed, and lovely shower/bathroom. Only a 5 minute wonder into town, yet far enough away that its peaceful and quiet. We had our windows open all night and didn't hear a peep from anything or anyone. Will defo be staying here again when I am back in the...
