"There was nothing in common with the pictures they show and the reality. It was dirty,the water was cold no preasure,toilet sit broken,not enough blankets,very cold during the night,super over priced,far away from the city and very broken road to the ranch. The only think we liked is the garden! "

"The pictures looked great, the rooms did not match the pictures. One room was pretty musty and dark. The room we stayed in had no hot water in the shower and it took 3 days to fix. They offered to change the room but that room had steep stairs to get to single bedroom down stairs and we had paid for a two bedroom. They should have made sure the shower worked before we arrived. "Close to historic sites and amazing restaurants and bars. I enjoyed walking everywhere in town from it. This place has all the amenities I needed, including a daily carafe of water in the room and an AC unit. The only issue I had was the doorbell of the hotel. It does not function well. Often pressing the doorbell did not notify the front desk. "

"Ok let me start by saying that the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. A big thank you to Ricardo who kept sharing with us great meal spots around town, tips, etc... the rooms were clean and comfortable, AC worked just fine and the hotel is literally inside 3-4 blocks from the Zócalo downtown park area. Plenty of great restaurants to visit inside waking distance. Make a note that the hotel closes its main doors facing the street at 9pm which made us feel secure and they reopen in the morning. Noise was never an issue at this hotel, and we slept very comfortably. I was traveling with my wife and two teen girls, and never felt uneasy or unsafe at the hotel or walking around this beautiful city."

"This hotel is in walking distance to the Mercado and lots of restaurants! You can easily also find food stands plus lots of stores. The staff is great really friendly! And super helpful I extended my stay by one night and they were able to accommodate us without any issues!"
