Stop over for Pantanal

A good hotel with nice outdoor area with a small pool in the midst of a concrete city. Good as a stop over for trips to Pantanal as Cuiaba not really a tourist destination in it's own right.

Quarto: colchao metade bom, metade mole demais, afundando; frigobar que nao tem congelador, nao gela o suficiente para congelar gelo reciclavel que uso para transportar remedios em viagem. O que foi grave: 2 garotos da recepcao no turno que inclui a meia-noite disseram nao ser possivel por o gelo reciclavel num congelador ou freezer. Disseram tambem que de manha um gerente chegaria. De manha apelei pro rapaz do cafe e ele disse que nao procedia a informacao que recebi dos 2 garotos do turno da madrugada. Na hora de fazer saída a moça da recepçao me disse que nao tinha previsao deste gerente estar por la hoje. Porque foi grave: esperei quase 1h a mais pra sair do hotel pra ver se o gelo reciclavel congelava e nao deu certo. Alem de transportar remedio sem a condicao necessaria, ao chegar à rodoviaria minha mae idosa e com problemas de articulacao ja tinha desembarcado e estava com uma mala grande e uma caixa pesada para ela. Ela nao conhece a rodoviaria e era eu quem deveria estar la antes dela para nao correr risco algum. Outros pontos a melhorar: a) ao fazer entrada e atualizar varios dados

Estrutura do hotel muito boa. Piscina maravilhosa, café da manhã muito bom também, que inclui tapioca e o atendimento muito prestativo. Achei que os quartos são um pouco antigos, mas são bem limpos. A localização é muito boa.

Uma boa opção no centro de Cuiabá. No final de semana as opções no centro são escassas, mas durante a semana, nessa região, para mim é o melhor hotel em infraestrutura com um café maravilhoso. Em reformas, e o prédio em anexo os quartos não são tão confortáveis quanto no prédio principal

A minha estadia no hotel foi de apenas 2 dias, o café da manhã é muito bom. Oque não gostei foi o chuveiro, nao saia agua direito, e nao dava para controlar a temperatura direito tambem. Todos os funcionários sao bem educados.

A experiência não foi boa. Escolhemos o Amazon por conta da localização dele e por possuir carregador para carro elétrico, porém pra nossa surpresa não estava funcionando e nem tiveram boa vontade em fazer funcionar. Precisávamos recarregar pra sair no outro dia cedo, mas somente no outro dia que conseguiram fazer funcionar. Outro ponto foi chegar às 22:00 e não ter nem um lanche pra solicitar; tendo em vista que tem um restaurante no hotel, mas não estava atendendo. Enfim, não volto mais.

Estrutura precisa melhorar muito

Estava no 8 andar, os quartos são antigos e muito barulhento. As janelas nao tem protecao. A agua acabou nao avisaram esperaram eu perceber. Depois colocaram nos em um quarto mais novo em uma ala nova proximo ao estacionamento. O hotel esta em obras, entao esta muito barulhento.
