"Kevin at concierge was extremely helpful and friendly.
Stevo at the front desk and Javier at the front desk were friendly and helpful.
Paulson at the restaurant was friendly and accommodating.
Pool was smaller than expected.
Pool grounds could be kept cleaner.
Rooms could be renovated and towels had stains.
Free shuttle into town and airport was useful.
Look out for free goodies in the lobby during different times of the day."

"Absolutely horrible stay. It took over an hour to get the key code. The place looks like an unfinished Boy Scout project. Everything is old and dirty and rusty . Cigarette butts on the beach. Everything is rundown and damaged. I don’t believe that there was even a credible architect building this place. I felt like I was in a horror movie.
Last but not least We found out that the place is for sale…..No wonder !"
