"My son and I have stayed here twice. Both times the service was great, housekeeping wonderful. Having the bedroom separate from the kitchen/dining/living areas was great. A 24hr convenience store (OXXO) was just outside the front door, and a large grocery store was four blocks away. Overall, a great place to stay."

"The staff was very friendly. Shoutout to Rosy and David, you guys were great people. The property was very clean and had everything that is on the description. So nothing to complain on that. The only thing that maybe can be improved is that the doors from the bathroom and the entrance were hard to close. "All good things here. Rooms are clean, spacious and modern. Desk and housekeeping staff always kind and helpful. Wonderful rooftop restaurant with views of city and distant mountains and elegant table side preparation of several dishes. Finish with Crepes Suzette for an amazing desert and show. Le Pain Quotidian is another dining option right next door. We usually went in for coffee and pastry but had full breakfast on one occasion, which was excellent. Very nice big park with water features, walking paths, athletic track, benches and picnic tables. Not walkable to Centro, but easy $4 Uber. I know I am leaving a lot out - can't say enough good things about this Radisson Hotel. Expectations exceeded. "
