"The location is perfect! Lots of stairs, do not recommend for elderly or handicapped people. If you’re traveling with lots of suitcases, it will be challenging. There is no front desk, it’s all done through WhatsApp. I didn’t have any issues but if you don’t speak Spanish you might"

"The pool -which unfortunately I did not use ,looked nice and had warm water . Personnel work very hard, especially people from the kitchen to have warm food for us in the morning. Staff is very helpful. The hotel location is the best right in el centro histórico ."

"Front desk attendant took our luggage from our vehicle parked outside to the outside of our room door upstairs. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Had a balcony with great view of the fountain. Hotel was quiet. We had chilaquiles for breakfast. Cooked to order. Food was great. The waiter was very professional. First time staying here and will definitely stay here again."
