"I always stay at Westgate Resort Town Center when I'm in Orlando. I use to be an owner. So much has been upgraded since I have been there in 2022. I love the upgraded game room, Mexican restaurant and Sids. The rooms of course are always clean and tidy and customer service always top-tier "

"Staff was incredibly friendly, breakfast was delicious with a variety of food options and the ladies keeping it well stocked and clean were doing so with a smile and were so nice. Beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows. The staff had our AC off so the room was a good temperature since it was freezing outside. Bathroom was well equipped and clean- even offering a makeup towel to clean your face. Overall a great stay and will happily stay here next visit to Orlando. "

"When we arrived we had a few issues with the house and pool. We addressed front desk and they went out of their way to make us very happy and made our trip even more enjoyable. Front desk was very welcoming and a pleasure to speak with. The water park was fun for the kids, the house we had was great, had a full arcade and pool/hottub. About 25 min from the Disney parks. Great location and about 10 min to target, Walmart and Publix. If we were to go back to Orlando, we would most definitely go back. "
