Third, one of the fire pits was not functional. Many guests, including my family, were unable to enjoy sitting by it. Fourth, there was a COCKROACH in our bathroom! How DISGUSTING! I have pictures and a video of the cockroach for proof. In short, I will NEVER stay at your hotel again. I was really exciting after looking at the hotel online. However, it was a VERY disappointing experience. I complained to the front desk about these complaints. We were just given one free breakfast voucher for our troubles. WOW! I was at least expecting some type of rebate on our total hotel stay."
