Stunning property. A place to relax with no need to leave. I loved the 8AM yoga, the amazing breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the beautiful spa. There is not much to do in the area, the hotel is its own destination. We did a day trip to Barolo and it was perfect.
This place is one of a kind. The staff, the space, the rooms, the food, the services…everything deserves 5 stars. My wife and I have been fortunate to stay in so many amazing places but Nordelaia ranks at the top. As we reflect on the moments we realize that what we experienced was pure relaxation, held elegantly with care and nurtured with the most wonderful food and beverage. I would say this place is perfect, but it is so much more than perfect. Thank you everyone at Nordelaia, we will be back soon.
Great place and lovely surroundings. Everything was tops including the food. Main issue was long lead times for ordring of food for dinner and breakfast (45-60 minutes before we got to order main breakfast dish)
This a gorgeous hotel with beautiful decor and pretty grounds with beautiful views. New and very clean. Beautiful rooms with views.
It’s a very relaxing hotel. I recommend going to their Spa. They have great facilities and a nice relaxation room.
They have their own vineyard with good barbera wine.
Bistrot is nice to have a drink and the food there is good.
They do a really good breakfast. The best I’ve had in Italy as they cook to order a real breakfast for you that taste so good. I don’t normally eat much of a breakfast other than a croissant and coffee but I did eat here as it was too good to pass up.
I never go to a hotel pool but I did at this hotel. The pool is very nice and relaxing.
The whole hotel has a very calming and relaxing vibe. Very 5 star in its appearance and service.
Concierge arranged a truffle hunt with El valet and it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend the truffle hunt especially with El Valet. It’s a family owned business on their private grounds that offers a very intimate experience.
The hotel concierge offer excellent recommendations for restaurants, tours, and a close walk to the town of cremolini.
But with being on such a beautiful property you may not want to do anything but enjoy just being at the hotel. It was very hard to leave.
We had the pleasure of staying at the Nordelaia hotel and I can confidently say that it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by the stunning views, impeccable design and attention to detail in every corner of the hotel. The cohesive theme was evident throughout and created a beautiful and harmonious atmosphere that made us feel immediately at home.
The staff at Nordelaia were absolutely amazing. They were always attentive, professional and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Their attention to detail was remarkable and made us feel like a valued guest. They had fantastic recommendations for places for us to explore and made the necessary reservations for us.
The restaurant at Nordelaia was also top-notch. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the service was impeccable, though they could add more casual options to the menu.
The spa at Nordelaia was a true oasis of relaxation. The facilities were state-of-the-art, and the treatments were some of the best I've ever experienced. The size of the hotel was just right, large enough to provide a range of amenities and services, but still small enough to feel intimate and exclusive.
Overall, I can't recommend Nordelaia enough. If you're looking for a truly luxurious and unforgettable experience, with a focus on impeccable design, attentive staff, and exceptional attention to detail, then this is the hotel for you.
Helt fantastisk på alla sätt. Hotellet, rummet, restaurangerna, poolerna, spa-avdelningen, servicen.

Veramente ottimi ristorante e bistrot
What a stunning boutique hotel!
The hotel is off the usual tourist routes and is all the better for it. The landscapes are lovely, and within an hour of walking the villages of Cremolino, Trisobbio and Morsasco can be easily reached. Each has a castle and are relatively untouched. You get to see the real Italy.
The hotel only has 12 rooms and ours was fantastic. We were in an attic suite. Furnished so well, with a separate living room and a lovely terrace, it was perfect in every way. With a large comfortable bed, free standing bath and a separate rain shower the room also had great views.
The hotel grounds were well maintained. Great views of the surrounding countryside were afforded from every vantage point. The infinity swimming pool was the perfect place to lounge around.
The spa was high quality and luxurious. Massages were amazing. The facilities were wonderful; a sauna, steam room and even a gym.
To top it all, the stars of this superb hotel were the restaurants. The Bistrot served up local Piedmontese food with a modern twist. Even better was the fine dining, L’Orto. Chef Charlie Pearce has created something really special. Varied tasting menus, showcase his and his teams talents. We enjoyed are some of the best meals I’ve had in a while.
The service throughout our stay was superb. A young and enthusiastic team, always eager and going out of their way to help.
What an awesome hotel. Everything was superb!
Wonderful hotel: staff are brilliant, service is really top notch. Decor, quality of the finish, views fantastic. Feels like some of the F&B service is still getting up to speed but based on the execution elsewhere that's just a formality.
