"I expected the pool to be little bigger, everything else is amazing"

"The elevators were down so had to take luggage up to 4th floor. The stairwells are not air conditioned and the 4th floor smelled like cooked cabbage. Opened the room and it smelled like dirty bedding. The staff was all VERY friendly. No gluten free safe food options."

"Worst stay ever. Beds are horrible. Pillows are like sleeping on a rock. We had reserved a room with two queens for four people. Only had 3 towels. Called down for more but no one answered. Waited for at least 15 minutes on phone. Finally had to go to front desk. Brought towels up. The next morning we needed 4 showers. Only two had hot water. Would not stay here again. Only there as a stopping point on way to Traverse City. If all you care about is casino, just be aware of the above....

"Helpful staff and mostly clean. There was what looked like a small hole in the sheets that was caused by a cigarette or something that had heat. But other than that it was a good stay."

"The breakfast bar was very disappointing. We left and ate else where before getting back on the road to continue our road trip."

"97 degrees outside. The A/C in my room did not work properly. Sweating all night as it would not cool my room. All I got at the front desk the next morning was, “Sorry.” Will find a different place to stay on my trip out west next summer! :("

"We had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space to take our pets out. The property is located in a nice, quiet area, which made for a relaxing visit. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again."

"A pretty interesting stay. Expedia said check in was at 3, but when we arrived, a clearly posted sign said check in was 4. There was no one in the lobby and I had to press a button to ring for them. The man at the counter was nice enough, but he needed to go check to make sure our room was cleaned. We waited close to 10 minutes in the lobby before he returned. There was no A/C in the lobby and there were dehumidifiers running in the halls. When we checked in I was not asked for ID or a credit...

"The room was good. The property is clean and smoking free. The casino on.the other hand was a total disaster. Neither the slots or tables were paying. If u dont care about losing money then this is a good place."

"We reserved 2 nights. I looked at the room before paying for it. I did not look at the bedding that was turned down and the linen was misty smelling and to find the coverlets were very dirty on he top edges that you pull up. I told one of the cleaning ladies about it and she told me she would tell the cleaning lady for the first floor when she arrived. That evening when we arrived back to the room the bedding had been changed and the room had a fresher smell. The breakfast is not much to...
