"I would recommend this property to anyone. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and there were lovely communal areas to sit and chat. We didn’t dine in the hotel but breakfast choices were very good. We enjoy a lovely cooked breakfast and staff were very helpful. Good on site parking and very conveniently located to local amenities. "

"Due to a family bereavement they were unable to offer breakfast, but we had not booked breakfast anyway. Although we were there in late August the town was incredibly quiet. Most food and drink places were closed for the duration of our 3 night stay, for breakfast or dinner. But McMunns were open on our last night and we got a good dinner there."

"Review for Cashen Course House – September 2025 We had a lovely stay at Cashen Course House in Ballybunion. The location is perfect — quiet but still close to the town and golf course. The room was spotless, and everything was well maintained, which made for a really comfortable stay. Having on-site parking was a big plus, especially after driving around the countryside. "The place was perfect for our family of 5 adults -- convenient location, really friendly folks checking us in and out (even sent us on our way with a fresh-baked loaf of brown bread!), and spotless rooms. Only wish we'd had more time there and in Doolin ..."

"Staff are very helpful and willing to accommodate any requests. We are group of 4 families and the owner arranged kitchen staff to make breakfast to our liking and packed for some of our members who could not be on site for breakfast. We would definitely recommend the place without hesitation. "
