"Don't leave any valuables inside your vehicle if you're going to be doing valet I left $150 and my money was stolen . Dumb on my part . 50 was only taken because I had in separate compartments in my middle consult. I spoke to the hotel manager and basically she did nothing telling me, I can't prove that it was her staff, but it was definitely her staff. But it's ok , they needed it more than me ."

"The place is a converted warehouse. It was creatively layed out with an open concept. I felt very at home while there.My wife also enjoyed the space less the shower. The shower is completely open air.a and for her it was a bit public even though there is a door for the bathroom. The neighborhood is safe but there is very little to walk to but there are alot of good food places and bars just a short drive away."

"Beautiful building and room. The staff was helpful and I found the parking lot across the street to be helpful and cost slightly less then valet parking. Great location near PPAC, walk to WaterFire and excellent Japanese market at the end of the block. Recommended!"

"Air conditioning in the lobby where the hotel bistro was was broken so it was quite warm there. The room we were given had a wet rug near the coffee maker and the faucet in the bathroom leaked from the fixture all over the counter. They moved us to a different room and the toilet overflowed. It was fixed by the time we returned but none of it left us with a great feeling. Probably wouldn’t stay there again."

"I made my reservation last minute. I think I arrived around 2 a.m. Check-in was painless and easy. My toom eas very nice, clean, comfortable, and no weird smells. The last time I stayed here they had just bought the building and were doing updates. I was interested in breakfast and one of the employees walked me all the way to the restaurant. Very, very, helpful. The bar looks open. Very nice and clean. The restaurant menu, the offerings appear to be available a-la-carte, as well. I ordered...

"The ac must have a motion detector to turn on the guest programmed temperature. As long as we were in the room, like at night time, the AC worked. But if you set it at 70, and are gone all day hoping to walk into a cool room, it will not turn on until we walked into the room. Parking is terrible due to the daily events in there multiple event centers. Ice machine on 5th floor did not work the whole stay. I appreciate the have a heart mouse traps in ice rooms, but very gross to be visible to...
