"I stayed for two nights with my 4yr old as we were visiting the safari park. I was unsure what to expect but I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Staff were very friendly, helpful and the room had what we needed, I felt safe being a solo parent with a young child. We were able to use the pool at anytime , no time rules for children which is rare. Breakfast menu was simple but very nice. Hotel very quiet and calm. My only criticism was the pool was a tad chilly on one of the days but again the staff fixed this very quickly! I would say a better sign for the hotel car park is needed … I would definitely stay again if I was in the area. Thank you for a great stay :)"

"Hotel not that great.... The staff were helpful to a point... the rooms were very dated.. The Breakfast is again only just ok, not very many options and the cooked food you are only allowed once which for the most important meal is poor. The bar had all the draft beer broken and was basically only selling bottled products. Overall the hotel is not worth the fee you pay."

"Room (with caveats) Staff and Service were good. The TV in the room, was small (18”?). The bed was 4’ 6”. There is no telephone in the room Limited internet access ( Google Facebook & X). Room itself was clean but compact. No bath and basic amenities. Door lock with physical key. No room service. Limited dinner menu options. Good breakfast facilities and staff friendly & attentive. Plenty of parking"
