"Our toilet wouldn’t flush twice. Had to call someone come fix it both times. When we got home a day later my husband realized he left one of his dress shirts hanging in the closet. Called to ask them to send it to us but it was nowhere to be found so someone on staff clearly stole it. Would not recommend. There are many better options in the same area."

"Pool and hot tub needs work. Walls/bottom felt like sandpaper with craters. Hot tub wasn't even heated. That was the sole reason I booked here. Got bit by something in the room, but there weren't any insects I could find."

"Beautiful hotel!!! The wonderful woman at desk upon arrival Friday night 5/8 upgraded us to a suite - gorgeous. Only complaints were service on rooftop very slow and front desk help rest of time was less than desirable. The two women working Saturday couldn’t be bothered. I was charged twice for stay and had to call to take care of after we left."

"All great. Moved across the street to Seagate for a couple of nights due to being a wedding coordinator for a wedding there and wished I would not have. Free parking. Full kitchen. Nice pool. No bar but plenty around and who wants to pay $9 for a coke at a supposed 5 star resort hotel. Major fail over there. Definitely choose the Atlantic."

Light on balcony made night time family card games fun. Great size pool with easy access from our 2nd floor room. Pullout double couch in separate living room with extra TV was perfect for kids.
