"Okay, so as long as you park within the parking space lines (for fire safety reasons) your stay at the Spindrift Guest House should be a great experience. The honesty bar in the lounge is extremely well-stocked. We did not partake, but the whisky selection according to my husband was excellent. The room is spacious and well-decorated. The bathroom is small and the height of the bath may be a bit tricky for some. No baths are allowed and I found the water temperature on the tepid side when I...

"Excellent property directly opposite the port. Old buildings as expected, but beautifully refurbished. My room was large, spotlessly clean and full of nice touches, including lots of tabletops and drawers. The big surprise was the bathroom. (The only downside is trying to find a parking spot which is very difficult throughout this town, so be prepared to drop off, or walk with your luggage.) The restaurant...

"The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The restaurant was excellent.. but you need to make reservations as soon as you check in. The staff was very helpful and friendly."

"On site restaurants and spa were perfect. Staff was welcoming and helpful across the board. The concierge arranged airport transportation and dinner reservations, making our experience that much more relaxing"

"What an amazing place. Fantastic location, great restaurants and the rooms are beautiful."

"Perfect location, great room, friendly and helpful staff and delicious breakfast. Would recommend without hesitation"

"Perfect position right in town. Lots of space although the second bedroom is a little tight. We had to leave our suitcase out in the lounge area as it didn’t fit in the bedroom. Main bedroom a good size and both bathrooms were small but perfect and really clean. Everything else was great, lots of little extras like coffee pods, cleaning products etc."

"Easy"

"Great shower and location"

"Great place, great bar staff, great breakfast staff. The room was huge! All round great experience!"

"Excellent boutique hotel, brilliant location for St Andrews University and nearby attractions. Very accommodating staff, nothing was too much trouble. Should be rated a 4*."
