"The hotel is a bit run down. Needs maintenance. There were some areas near the lobby that had torn carpet and exposed hardware. Just felt unkept and not to Sheraton standards."

My room was very dated and unkept. I took numerous photos of my room and the shape it was in. I will “NEVER” stay at a Quality Inn again. I don’t stay in hotels much at all as I normally pull my RV, but this was a quick trip and time was of the essence."

"If I could give this hotel less than 1 star, I would…..the staff was horrible and dismissive, basically rude. When we entered the hotel room there was a huge dark splotch on the carpet which looked like blood. There were stains on the wall, the toilet was loose, and the room stank. Additionally there was a window A/C which could not be controlled. Because we arrived at 9:30 pm we were forced to stay the night. In the morning we immediately woke, switched hotels, and requested a refund. ...
