"We had a really great time! The Dome we stayed in was really cute and “evil eye” themed! Comfortable bed and we even had a hot tub. We built a cozy fire and enjoyed the deer that came out at night. Will be back with a bigger group of friends to enjoy the pool! Thanks for the lovely stay! "

"Breakfast was hot. Room was clean but unfortunately the first night our personal hot tub did not work. The owners fixed it and it worked great however we came back that evening to our room door not locked. Then the next day our room was not cleaned. Otherwise staff was very friendly and understanding of our concerns. "

"Good price! The hotel looked new or renovated, room was clean, and beds and pillows were really comfy. Enough parking. They accept pets. Free breakfast. The only thing that is keeping me from giving them 5 stars is the breakfast. The only thing I look forward in a continental breakfast is the oatmeal. For the price I paid I didn’t expect much. But the oatmeal here was really thick and dry 😞. So I only ate an orange. If we put aside breakfast, rooms and service are excellent!"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. They took the time to give us recommendations for area restaurants and information on the layout of the town. Our room was very clean and spacious. The Inn is located perfectly for walking to restaurants, shops, and local attractions in South Haven. If you are a cycling fan, you can launch from the hotel and ride to both the Kal-Haven and Van Buren trailheads. "

"Room was clean. When we checked in the guy at the from desk was kind of rude. My wife has a small service dog so he was asking her a lot of questions about her service animal. Parking was good. "

"We had a family emergency so we had to leave the first night, therefore did not partake in the breakfast. The day manager that my husband spoke to was so kind and accommodating since we had to cancel our 2 remaining days. The kitchen lacked supplies, the evening mgr said guests steal the flatware, dishes etc. she was able to get flatware & dishes from another room. Bathroom soap, shampoo dispensers were empty, which she filled for us."
