"I was very satisfied with every aspect of my stay. The front desk staff was exceptionally welcoming and pleasant, and the room itself was clean and spacious. The pool facilities were also enjoyable, contributing to an overall positive experience. I would also like to mention that after booking the hotel, I had the opportunity to read other reviews, which were not entirely favorable. "Our room was clean and fresh when we arrived. I had booked a standard room with a king size, the hotel upgraded us to a deluxe room with a king size and a balcony. We had an issue with our glass door key card (we had 2 sets of locked doors to go through) and the front desk remedied that for us immediately. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would book there again."
