"Front desk staff were very helpful and the parking was made simple due to staff assistance. Great location in old town. Clean rooms. A little bit loud in the evening due to proximity to a few bars. "

"Room was spacious, clean and quiet. The castle wall is just outside the window so shades were normally closed. Front staff was great, would great you when you arrived and “have a nice day” as you exited. Breakfast was marginal. Order off a menu without a clear description of what you are ordering. Restaurant staff was un attentive, typical for the Balkans, however more so at this location, we sat and listened to a heated discussion between two employees one morning, who knows what it was about....
