Hotel located in center of town. Walking distance to all sights. Parking in center city lot. Nominally 5*, but generally looks to be more 4*. (Maybe need to adjust rating scale for Montenegro.) (But price is very reasonable - we have best room in the hotel for $180/night.) Dining room is comfortable, cheap and pretty good (not great) food. Portions huge, everything cooked to order. Room is huge, but is basically the attic, and it takes a while to cool down after AC turned on. No view from our room. (Attic dormer windows.) Breakfast in hotel is good and ample -order from menu - included with room. (But limited selection.) Hotel appears to have only 9 rooms, and dining areas accommodate over 50 indoors and more than that outdoors. From what I can tell, this is the only good hotel in or near Cetinje. Staff friendly and helpful. Recommended.

Ideal hotel for a visit to Cetinje

The hotel was very central, very modern and clean with extremely helpful, and friendly staff, particularly Sandra and her colleagues on the Front Desk. I was only in town one night, but that was enough time to see Cetinje, unfortunately due to overcast conditions it wasn't worth making an excursion to Lovcen, however, the hotel would have happily organised it for me, if I wished to go. The hotel was near all the main sites, and only a minute's walk to most of the bars and restaurants in town. The bus station was 5 minutes walk away, most of museums were shut as I visited in off season, but there are all within a couple of minutes walk. I would say the hotel was an ideal base for visiting the historic capital. There is a late night grocery store nearby, should you need it.

Delightful, relaxing stay in beautiful Cetinje

A delightful, relaxing stay in a beautiful city. Previous reviews had been very positive, but nothing prepared us for such a lovely hotel in the centre of Cetinje. Our room was well presented, equipped with all we needed and had the best shower room that we have ever had - for once, space for everything and all very clean. The staff were all extremely helpful and breakfast was eagerly anticipated every morning - never disappointed. A previous review had stated that guests stayed on in the hotel for another week after checking in - I now know why. We could so easily have stayed for longer. Both hotel and Cetinje have a chilled but dignified vibe and a great base to visit Ostrog monastery, Lipa cave and Rijeka Crnojevica for a boat trip. Cetinje is so easy to walk around, and very interesting, being the former capital. There are many places to eat and drink, but we found the hotel terrace had good food and was certainly the place to be in the evening. No complaints at all, just a shame it had to end. We have travelled around Croatia, Montenegro and Bosnia - this was our favourite, and best, place to stay.

Hyggelig base i en historisk by

Sentralt plassert i byen ved gågata og et bilfritt område. Taksi kan ikke kjøre helt fram til hotellet. Gangavstand til sentrale severdigheter som museer og (ikke minst) det gamle klosteret.

Bel hôtel en plein centre. La chambre n’était pas très grande. C’est un bon hôtel 3 étoiles plutôt qu’un 5 étoiles. Le rapport qualité prix reste bon. Attention, il n’y a pas d’ascenseur pour monter dans les étages. Le petit déjeuner est bon, il se fait en commandant via un menu.
