"This may be one of my favorite hotels I've stayed in, anywhere. I stayed there while walking the TMB and then went back to stay again after because I thought it was so nice and unique. They have animals everywhere and an animal happy hour kind of thing in the evening where you can pet the dogs and other animals that roam around. The staff are very kind and helpful. The hotel is in a beautiful location looking up at the glacier and peaks in the area. Some really nice restaurants around and the hotel itself has a nice bar, good happy hour food, and great breakfast. I would love to come and stay again."

"Lovely apart hotel in Dolonne, a quiet location. The rooms are excellent, spotless and so very comfy. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Only a couple of negatives, one is the ongoing works which means workmen start at 8am (on one day it was 7) and continue through to usually 5pm but one night it was 8pm. It’s bearable but a bit annoying. Secondly, during a football match someone was allowed to set off firecrackers outside, just below our room which wasn’t ok, after all, we were not in the San Siro. Despite this we would return and it will be great to see the finished product."

"Beautiful place. Absolutely gorgeous interiors and the scenery is breathtaking too. The food and service at the restaurant are also very good. My only complaint was not having an air conditioner in the room as it got very hot when we were there. Apparently some rooms do have A/C but the hotel was fully booked so they could not transfer us to another room. However, the staff did everything that they can to make us comfortable. They gave us not one but two fans to use in the room which helped tremendously. Can’t praise the staff enough. Everyone that we dealt with was extremely kind, professional and helpful with every single question we had."
