"Staff was unhelpful and contradictory. The property was not well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was not good. Checkout process was confusing as they said contradictory things and then would not be able to help you. They did not have a good working relationship with Expedia and had no knowledge of how to respond to those bookings. "

"Inside of the toilet dirty. Third shift employee was rude. Never was told about construction before check in learned about it by getting in the elevator by a sign. The dust from the construction cause me to have an asthma attack.Was awaken by very loud people talking construction worker then by saws and hammer's. Not to happy. Even closed bedroom door could still hear them. Shouldn't have been told up front about construction. I wouldn't have paid that kind of money during construction. "

"Cute renovated old school Florida motel within walking distance to the attractions of Delray Beach. In a quiet neighborhood with a great coffee shop across the street. Easy contactless check-in with a great key system. Clean, comfy rooms. My only issue with my stay was that the air conditioning unit was pretty loud at night. Maybe you'd get used to it over time, but would recommend ear plugs for sleeping. "

"I requested a view and I went up on the second floor right near the street and it was very very noisy so I don’t know what happened with Expedia not getting any the room that I requested"

"I really enjoyed my stay. This hotel is a solid 4 star. The location is actually a 5 star as it is situated close to the freeway and right at an outdoor mall that offers all kind of stores, restaurants and amenities. It is 3 minute drive to the Boca Towne centre and 7 minutes to Mizner Park. The is tons of parking. The front desk staff are pleasant, the cleaning staff are not. The rooms are large and well lit.
