"Room was only cleaned once in our entire stay. One day they came in and just took our towels and didn’t do anything else. When I called front desk to get more towels the front desk never answers but when you see them downstairs they weren’t doing anything to not answer the phone. Breakfast most the time there were never forks. When interacted with staff they were nice"

"The outside of the building looked horrible, the hotel looked like they let anybody stay there. The office was tacky, parking lot was horrible. The beds and rooms are too small. I will not stay there ever again. The double charged me on my room."

There’s even a hidden speakeasy on-site, if you can solve the riddle to get in! Just know that, as with many historic loft properties, you may hear some noise from guests staying above you."

"On this trip, we stayed in 5 different hotels, and one (unnamed in Vergina was horrible to say the least) Our stay at the Candlewood was fantastic! Overall, the rooms were very clean and kept clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. On a long trip, it was a great add-on for the laundry room and had no additional cost to the guests. I would recommend it to anyone, and did to the family members that we went to visit. Thank you for the pleasant stay!"
