The atmosphere is very chill and relaxing, and the smaller size of the resort makes it feel much less crowded and more peaceful compared to larger resorts. "The rooms were nice. The only thing I have to complain about is that a hat was stolen from inside my room by staff I’m guessing and it was never returned or refunded. Which is very upsetting because the amenities were nice. For my first time being in Cancun I would give it a 3 out of 5 stars, staff was some what rude if though I spoke the same language as them fluently, other than that. Descent location. Descent food. Beds were also descent. "

"We had a great stay with our 3 young children. We are not overly picky people, so we were okay with some things that others may not be. For example out balcony light just didn't work and the shower head was very loose. But this was all workable for us and did not affect our stay. My only really complaint would be that the beach was not as well maintained as I would have liked, there was a lot of seaweed on the beach daily. The reservations were easy to make.
