From the moment I arrived at the property it was clear it was safe, clean, and perfectly located. The pool was outstanding, the food (both the free breakfast and the lunch menu available for purchase) was delicious, and every bartender graciously made me mojitos “sin alcohol” all week. It was a relaxing, incredible stay and I fully intend to return!"

Our room was not properly cleaned on arrival, with multiple hairs throughout the bathroom and bedroom, hair near the bedding, and a crushed bug. We reported it immediately. The room was “re”cleaned multiple times, yet we still found hair, a dirty mirror, and the same stained pillowcase afterward.
