"The club room was colourful, clean, spacious with a powerful shower, comfortable bed and enough to get around. Seemed a pretty quiet hotel but we stayed on a Sunday evening. No fan or air conditioning in room but we stayed cool. The pool/spa and gym were fantastic with us being able to get a locker for free. "Clean. Good temperature. Nice bathroom (Savoy, make sure that you get enough air in so that it stays nice and not get damp). Bedroom clean, beds comfortable (not the highest quality but perfectly serviceable). Carpets are ready for the museum (downstairs) but clean and probably v good quality.... just old fashioned. We had sea-facing rooms and with the window open the motorbikes on the seafront were a bit noisy. Good TV choice. "

"Our stay felt luxurious and relaxing. Room was very comfortable and quiet. We also had the opportunity to use the pool which was lovely. Breakfast was delicious. It's a bit harder getting here with public transportation. We walked from Pontyclun station which was okay but others may want to make sure they pre-arrange transportation if needed."

"The modern room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I slept well, not disturbed by any other guests. The biggest win for me was the fantastic value for money which meant I could afford a 5 night stay. Buses into the city were frequent though I could walk to town centre in 15-20 minutes. "

"Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Especially the breakfast Maitre D who went out of his way to be helpful and add tomatoes to my full English breakfast. Not so helpful on overnight resident parking charges at £12 per night. Quite an unpleasant surprise! "

"Its a hidden gem for the airport. Rooms spacious, clean & comfortable. Only issue was the shower which would be easily remedied by replacing shower head...restaurant food & service really good.. only less than 20mins to airport (followed sat nav) Definitely use again on next airport visit."

"Lovely hotel,very clean with friendly staff. One down point was our room wasn't cleaned one day, this didn't bother us as we keep things clean anyway. This didn't impact our stay and we both had a thoroughly enjoyable weekend away, we would definitely visit again"

"Close to Cardiff airport - 5 min by taxi. Restaurant has good food at reasonable price. Bus service to Cardiff. We stayed there when we arrived in Cardiff plus when we departed. Property is well kept and rooms were 3 star as reported. All good for a one night stay."

"Convenient for 1 night stay even to visit Swansea. If you have a EV even better as you can either put your car on charge across the way or have a starbucks whilst you wait or walk back to hotel. "

"Very good accommodation! I was a bit hesitant before booking because the bathroom is shared, but that wasn’t a problem at all during our stay — there are several bathrooms and they were always clean and available. The bed is amaaaazing, super comfortable, and the breakfast is great — definitely worth the investment. Check-in and check-out were very convenient thanks to the smart lock technology. I highly recommend this accommodation, I have no complaints, only praise. I liked everything!"

"From walking through the door, the young man on reception was polite, explained everything and with a smile. The room was clean, tidy and the bed was comfortable. At breakfast the experience continued to be brilliant, the lady explained the way Breakfast was a buffet and where things were. Wonderful view looking out over the wharf. Food was of a high Standard.
