"Upon arrival, the man working at the desk ran my card and then cancelled it and the amount came back to my card. He then ran my card again and told me that it didn't go through, but it did. He tried to tell me that I needed to pay again. I saw the receipt he had on his counter that said it went through and I saw that it came out of my bank account. This took a while and my elderly mother was sitting in the car this whole time without air conditioning in 100° weather. In his defense, he did let...

"Our room was very dirty. The carpet needs cleaning. There was black and blue stuff smeared on the sink and vanity. The arm chairs were very dirty. There was dirt on the walls. Our door had a hard time locking and staying shut. Very thankful the air conditioner worked very well. Amenities were sparse. What was there was useful. Staff we spoke to were great. Wish it was a better experience for what we paid."
