"The location was fantastic, near everything, very walkable. Lorenza was a lovely host, making sure we were well taken care of. She gave us tips, directions, and more. The rest of the staff were so attentive and caring. The room was impeccably clean and fresh. Bed and pillows were better than any 5 star hotels we've stayed at. Another bonus is we heard no street noise at all despite being on a busy street. Would highly recommend and stay here again!!"

Check-in and check-out can be a bit confusing since you need a key to use the elevator, but it does make things feel more secure. The place is very clean, and the staff are really helpful and friendly."
