"Outstanding staff and management - all of them were very friendly, helpful and professional. Lovely location. Breakfasts were good, coffee and hot chocolate were delicious. We had lunch at the onsite restaurant one day and it was very good as well. Chalet was cute and spacious enough. Walkways lined with flowers. Activity room included a pool table, which we made good use of on the rainy afternoon. Shower temp eventually made it to lukewarm, which was adequate for a quick shower - would have preferred hot water."

"Staff met you at the front, Spanish-speaking only but super nice. The room was fantastic when we stayed. It was a little bit colder so there was a space heater. There’s a menu in the room for options for meals. We didn’t partake in any of this, but it was great to know that we had a food available if needed. The only downside was the lack of hot water in the shower. We only stayed for one night so it really didn’t bother us that much but if we were saying multiple nights that would’ve been an issue."
