"It was beautiful!! This was perfect. Your vehicle is protected beside a closed gate. You walk down the walkway and you come around the corner and there’s a cute patio, trees, running water! It was amazing!! And the stars at night……this place was awesome! If we go back to Cottonwood, we will make sure we stay here again!!"

"Could not have asked for much more with this property. The unit was beautiful, well taken care of, and easy to access (though a map somewhere would have been helpful). The shared, but spacious patio was a great benefit, as was the common area with well stocked kitchen and lounge area. The location was also great - road traffic was minimal so it felt secluded and natural, while being literally 2 minutes from the center of Oak Creek. Would/will definitely stay again!"

"The property management company is terrible. They send me a rental agreement to sign 3 times. It was the exact same rental agreement. They quoted me 3 different pet fees but charged me a completely different price than the first 3 prices they emailed me. They require a damage deposit through SuperHog which is not stated in the listing and that was twice the price I paid for a short 2 night stay. Then they kept saying they sent me check-in instructions even though they hadn’t. All my grievances...

"We absolutely loved this place! It was clean and comfortable. The hot tub and pool were awesome, and it was close to several hiking trails. It even has a tennis court. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Sedona."

"I felt the marketing was misleading. It was unclear that there were shared areas. You are only paying for a bedroom with barroom. Some of the rooms don’t have a patio. The kitchen and dining are shared. The bed was too hard for us and the pillows were uncomfortable. That being said the room was lovely, bathroom was gorgeous and the location is great. It was peaceful and quiet. Shower was super hot which was nice. You need to replace the hairdryer.. it didn’t get hot and it took so long to dry...

"The property was clean and the community was quiet and had a beautiful view. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a meal. We had challenges getting the TV to work, it appears the remote needed new batteries. My biggest complaint is the requirements for guests to strip beds, load and run the dishwasher and take the garbage to the dumpster before checking out at the ridiculously early time of 10am. These were not made aware to us until after we had booked our non-refundable stay. Had...

"Cabins have been updated cosmetically and were clean, but the property is dilapidated. Holes in the screen door, patio gate was off the hinges, front door didn’t feel secure. The bed and pillows are terrible. After hiking all day I looked forward to a relaxing night sleep, but that was not the case."

"As someone who eats mostly plant based I figured I would be stuck with a muffin and coffee but there were plenty of breakfast and coffee options for me with alternative milks. Easier for vegetarians than strictly vegan but both can eat there and everything was so good and restaurant staff was awesome!"

"The suite delivered more than I expected. Spacious, 1B/2B with a hide a bed in the living room and a nice kitchen and dining room. I love that there was a theme, unexpected but a nice touch. The staff was great from customer service to communications. Very pleasant experience checking in and checking out. I highly recommend! "

"My husband and I did an overnight trip to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary and we couldn’t have picked a better place! The property has a very unique charm. From the check in area to the hallway and of course the room was amazing. It was very spacious and very well designed. It had a semi-private back sitting area where my husband and I sat and had coffee in the morning which was complimentary. They also had cushions and blankets to use on the patio chairs. Before checking out of our room my husband and I walked the property where we ended up picking fresh tomatoes from the garden with Stef the owner. Stef and his wife Michelle were very nice and welcoming. It was such a relaxing getaway. From the comfortable mattress to the beautiful views from our room. I specially liked that the vineyards are less than 15 minutes away. We will definitely be returning and encourage everyone to do so also. "
