"Me and my husband stayed 2 nights this past weekend for father’s day. We love hyatts because they're always clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, this is our first bad experience with one. When we walk into our room there was still garbage on the floor under the table, hair on the toilet, and a bug under our sheets. Not the absolute worst hotel I've ever seen but we left very disappointed."

"I'm sorry to say this hotel is aweful. The attendant was great so that was a silver lining. She tried to find a room that didn't smell so strongly of smoke. The room initially looked clean but we found hair balls and other "stuff" on the floor. The blanket had cigarette burn holes, see picture. When you walk barefoot you had to clean your feet, it needed to be mopped. "On the second night of our stay, when the hot water was turned on, the water was a light brown color. The morning we were leaving, the hot water was fine. The sink had a horrible smell throughout our stay. The breakfast was the best part of our stay (food was hot, lots on variety, etc)."

Toilet seat, water tap etc needs fixing No single hook to hang cloths- no shelves/ closets to hang our clothes: terrible Yah, for that price - yah, you can have a good shower but you may not be able to sleep well if you turn on A/C - stuffy smell Everything needs maintenance"

"The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a continental breakfast; muffins, bagels, cereal. The bagels were soft and satisfying. Hot coffee 24hrs. Microwave in the lounge area but room did have a mini fridge. Will stay here again!"
