"We stayed at Days Inn by Wyndham San Antonio and had a very disappointing and upsetting experience. They advertise free breakfast, but both mornings the options were either unavailable or not refilled. On the first day, we were told they were out of bread. On the second day, by 8:45 AM, there was almost nothing left. When we requested a refill, the lady manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. "The pros- Check in was easy and fast and breakfast was good. The cons- room wasn’t as clean as I’d like it (restroom had hair in it, the walls had something splattered on them, lotion bottle that is glued to the wall was out of lotion). The room was 80 degrees when we first got there which took a few hours to cool down to 70. Something else is you get charged a $4.99 fee, per day, to park in there parking lot. "

"Very nice and clean hotel rooms and staff was friendly will be staying again on next visit. Convenient to shopping and food. Also a very short travel to Gruene where we visited. "

"The stay was like in an apartment. There was no blow dryer available. Kitchen was cute. Bring your own groceries and you may cook your own meal. Bathroom was ok. Nothing fancy. But the bed......was incredibly comfortable. I slept very well...until i heard noises from next door. Lol walls are thin. Was my first time to stay at Apt Suite. It wont be my first choice next time but possible second or third. "

"The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. "
