"Only stayed 1 night on way from Sydney to the Gold Coast - but wish I had added an extra night now as the apartments were lovely and there looked to be plenty to do in the area. Only issue is that reception closes at 5pm - not unusual for apartment reception in Australia. As a result I had to phone to get access - and for overseas visitors this can be expensive. It would be useful to have a WhatsApp contact number if you do need to speak to someone."

"This property was beautifully situated in a quiet neighbourhood within earshot of the ocean. Lots of wildlife abound..kookaburras etc. The home was beautifully appointed, clean, modern and comfortable. The hosts were eager to share information about the surroundings, and their home. Breakfast was delightful and very generous!"

"The park was very good, reception very helpfully and friendly but the cabin could do with a good overall clean. Some mould on roof in shower area apart from that enjoyed our stay. "

"Perfect access to the Beach (1min walk). Bungalow was a little bit dirty/gritty and bed mattress was a bit worse for ware. Most of the blinds didn't really cover the window/door sides (people would be able to see in). Reception was excellent and friendly. All amenities and activities are awesome, clean and functional. Nice and quiet at night when sleeping. Hear the subtle waves in the distance when awake. Good parking."

"Great location, some food outlets (Chinese and Pizza) 50m away. Check in, very friendly, Mark was very professional. Room was nice, bed comfortable and air con (heat) worked great. Shower, hot and good water pressure. Parking ok, it was full and a little crowded, but off the street. Room #17, upstairs was my room."

"We didn’t like first opening of the door, there was an animal smell and the bed hadn’t been made, a word to the office & we went visiting my son, while staff cleaned & prepared the cabin for us, all was good and our stay was great. The deck needs a waterproof roof as the rain was nonstop leaving the deck dangerous & slippery."

"What an unexpected gem of a hotel. The rooms could have been slightly nicer (maybe some art on the walls or something to brighten the space)? That’s my only complaint. Otherwise, the WiFi worked great, the staff super friendly and the area was well taken care of and very relaxing. I stayed for only one night while passing through the area but can see returning if spending a week exploring the nearby parks and waterfalls. "

"Booked this place because of the reviews and overall it was a pleasant stay. Beds were super comfy and receptionist that called me was very polite and lovely to deal with. We stayed the weekend of the Aussie PH for 3 nights, we were only at the hotel to sleep. It was cleaned daily with new towels. Close to the shops, good aircon unit and spacious for the cost. Only downfall was coming back late on our last night and having the car park full. Not sure if there was enough spaces for 1 vehicle per...
