I have a feeling there is poor management; it was obvious employee morale was way down, and it showed in the condition of the property and the attitudes of the staff. For example, the rooms appeared clean, but not maintained. The sheets and beds were clean and made, but the rooms were dusty, had stains on the bathroom wall, and the tub was hardly cleaned at all. And the plumbing was obviously getting bandaid fixes; we had to...

"The hotel was fairly updated, but seems to be getting rundown from use. The walls seemed paper thin because I could hear everything outside of our room even little things like people walking in the hall or above us. The sheets seemed clean, but there were multiple hairs on the sheets. Overall, the room seemed to clean."
