"We weren't provided with the check-in info email as was promised. When we arrived there was no one to attend the front office and no one was picking up the calls either. The voicemail says "To leave a message please call again "..seriously?? I had to message Expedia chat line, which I believe was overseas but the other accommodation they offered me was 20kms away, which we couldn't do at that time of the night. "There was no cupboard space to put my clothes except to hang my coat. I hsd a rucksack, if i had a suitcaseit would have been hard to put it anywhere where it was out of the way. I was a single occupier with two people it would have been difficult to pass each other as the bed took up most of the space "

"Just one night, but a welcome reprieve after travelling. Really appreciated the kettle with tea/coffee sachets and cute little biscuits. Had a mini fridge. Loved the cosy two-seater couch near the window. Also had a table and chairs. Had a great sleep and enjoyed my stay!"

"The staff are the biggest assert here, all 4 four front desk people I met were very helpful and friendly. No housekeeping service is different? If you remove that I think a laundry should be provided. I enjoyed my stay and most likely will return."

"Room was ok for a single night. Apartments did not seem well built. Had poor ventilation and smelt of curry. Bad sound insulation. Beds ok, not great. Pillows need improvement. Parking in street was fine. We could hear people banging around at 5:30. Linen was good quality and clean. Room was clean. We haven’t stayed in Adelaide before so nothing to compare with but it seemed expensive for what we got. "
