My stay was very pleasant; the hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is quite good as well. The only downside is that the carpet has an old smell that permeates the hallways, and the facility itself is somewhat dated. However, aside from that, it is a good hotel in a great location.

Staff was very courteous and nice, and they have a good comprehensive complimentary breakfast. However, there was an order in the hallway, and although I did stay for four nights, I was told the rooms get cleaned once every three days and they change the sheets & towels everyday. The towels and sheets were never changed.

Filthy!!! The hallways, elevator, outside the elevator look like they have never been cleaned. Our bathroom floor was dirty. The staff were wonderful and to be honest we were there for the death of our nephew and we were emotionally tired and didn't want to deal with it. I am surprised they have not been shut down for filth.
